Membership 

 

1. A monthly contribution of $5 

2. Must be faithful in attendance of meetings. Multiple absence of meetings could result in penalties.

3. Must partake in activities and events

4. Must be committed 

 

Executives

 

Presidents

1. Chairing meetings and seeing to it that the resolutions and passed are carried out

2. Prepare an agenda for each board meeting

3. Appointment of committee 

4. Preside over executive meetings to deliberate on issues and make recommendations 

 

 

Vice president 

1. Shall act in the absence of the president 

2. Perform duties determined by the president

 

Secretary

1. Recording minutes of meetings and distributing to members

2. Circulating agenda and other materials to members.

3. Maintaining list of members names and addresses 

4. Maintaining a roster

5. Prepare and present the calendar of events.

 

Treasure

1. Collect funds

2. Maintain financial accounts and records

3. Present budgets proposal

4. Advise officers on financial expenses

 

Event coordinator 

1. Publicity, communication and marketing 

2. Arranging of activities

3. Leadership and direction
